How is a verification counted?
One verification is one completed decision on one subject — a person for KYC, an entity for KYB. Retries caused by a poor capture are not billed as separate verifications.
What does the free trial include?
A sandbox key, test documents, and a capped number of live verifications. The cap and duration are set when we issue your sandbox key.
Is screening billed separately from KYC?
Screening runs inside the KYC and KYB decision at no extra call. Standalone screening and ongoing rescreening volumes are metered separately on Growth and above.
Can we pay in AED?
Yes. We bill in AED and USD.

Yes. Unused verifications roll over.
